What we collect

Only what you type into our forms or send us on WhatsApp: your name, a way to reach you, and details about the property you're selling. We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, which involves standard analytics cookies and anonymized usage data.

Why we collect it

To respond to you, and — with your knowledge — to introduce you to a vetted broker suited to your property. That introduction includes the brief you built, because sending a broker an unqualified "someone wants to sell something" helps no one.

What we never do

• Sell your information to anyone, for anything.
• Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• Share your details with any broker before there's a reason to.

WhatsApp

Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and encryption. We keep chat history so we have context when helping you; delete requests are honored on ask.

Analytics & cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. Block cookies in your browser and the site works fine.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: contact page or WhatsApp. Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012, habeas data) and good manners both apply.
