We are not a real estate brokerage, law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor, and no content here is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Figures referencing Colombian statutes are provided for orientation, verified as of the date shown, and can change — confirm your specific position with qualified professionals before acting.

Third parties

Brokers, lawyers, and other professionals we introduce are independent businesses. Your agreements with them — including listing terms and commissions — are between you and them. We vet for competence and track record but cannot guarantee any outcome, timeline, or sale price.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep information current, including an annual sweep of statute-indexed figures. Markets and laws move; the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability
